The plots are located at 33 km from Ruse city center. The main plot has a frontage of 100 meters on national inter-city road. The plots are located only 1.5 hours driving distance from Bucharest Otopeni International Airport.
The lands are fully bio certified since 2005. There are 2500 bio certified 4 years old peach and nectarine trees. There are also 450 bio certified 2 years old apple trees.
